FEINKNOPF RESPONSE TO COVID-19
WE JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW,
WE CARE ABOUT KEEPING EVERYONE HEALTHY.
In anticipation for Ohio's phased plan to open back up its economy we have adapted our shooting style to comply with safety guidelines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We want to continue to serve you and provide you with the award winning photography you need.
Below you will find some of the items that we are doing to keep everyone safe.
For Our On-Location Clients:
- We have developed a workflow to allow our clients to be on-site with us, and while practicing social distancing, still be able to view what we are capturing in real time utilizing WiFi enabled software within our camera systems and a few pieces of additional gear.
- For those clients who do not feel comfortable being on location or are in quarantine themselves, remote art direction can occur but, will limit the scope of the shoot.
- Face masks will be worn at all times during the shoot
- All gear will used (even computers and iPads) will be wiped down prior and after shooting has taken place
- If it makes our clients more comfortable, we have developed a workflow to work sans assistant**
** For some shoots we will need an assistant on site with us. This is especially true in regards to any drone photography per FAA Part 107 Guidelines
- The ability to travel will be based upon each state’s current restrictions. We know that many states differ so we will make sure to adhere to everyone’s rules.
For Our Studio Clients:
- We are able to show the client images via a separate, sanitized, iPad so that our clients can still view their portraits prior to leaving and so we know that there are portraits there they do enjoy before picking their final selection.
- For those clients who do not feel comfortable being on location or are in quarantine themselves, remote art direction can occur but, will limit the scope of the shoot.
- We will wear face masks during the entire portrait/photography session
- We have a portable mirror that we can bring on set we can hold so that clients can fix their ties, hair, etc, instead of us doing that for them
- If it makes our clients more comfortable, we have developed a workflow to work sans assistant**
** Having our assistants on hand does help speed things along, but if it makes people more comfortable, we definitely understand.
- Surfaces and electronics (Client iPad) will be wiped down prior and after each studio session session
