Mmmm....beer

Being the avid beer drinkers that we are, we couldn't help being just a little giddy about photographing the Boulevard Brewing Co.'s newly expanded bottling and distribution plant in Kansas City, MO. Boulevard Brewing is actually the largest independently owned and operated mico-brewery in the United States. With the addition to their existing plant, they are taking their production from about 100,000 barrels a year to over 700,000 in the coming years. That's a lot of beer. By the end of the shoot, it was all Brad could do to pry Andrew away from the sampling room. He recommends the Unfiltered Wheat but if you happen to be there in the fall, Bob's '47 is definitely the way to go!

Pints and Pixels

Feinknopf will be hosting the local ASMP chapter's monthly Pints and Pixels get-together on Tuesday, October 10 from 7-10PM. The gathering is open to all local photographers, both members and non-members, professionals and amateurs alike. Each photographer is encouraged to bring selected images of their most recent work (not just their portfolio) for sharing and story-telling during the slide show presentation. Pints and Pixels is a great opportunity to meet your fellow photographers and peers, make connections, and see what is happening in your local community. The details for the night are listed below.

The Feinknopf studio is located downtown on 3rd St. between Long and Gay streets. There is free street parking after 6 and many day lots within a block or two. For you MapQuest fans, the full address is:
104 N. 3rd Street
Columbus, OH 43215

If you are bringing images, put them on a disc at 72dpi, jpeg, at around 600-800 pixels.

ASMP will provide the food, the beverages are BYOB. Get here early so we can get an accurate head count.

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact Tom Dubanowich at 614-299-3686 or call up Andrew at our studio at 614-225-0414.

We hope to see you all here.
