Feinknopf Studio Wins AIA Columbus Small Projects Award
Congratulations to Jonathan Barnes Architecture + Design on winning an AIA Columbus 2006 Small Project Honor Award for designing our studio space here at Feinknopf. The Small Project Awards are aimed at recognizing those projects that usually fly under the radar of most awards juries due to a lack of size and/or budget yet are still deserving of recognition. It also helps call attention to the many benefits an architect can bring to a low-key project. All of us here at Feinknopf would like to thank JBAD for designing such a great space for us.

thanks to brad and his crew. make no mistake ,designing a small space like his can be as interesting, challenging and rewarding as a much larger project. But with a project like this, the architect can focus more on specific details and their relationship to the entire space. It was a great opportunnity and a lot of fun. Feinknopf turned out to be as good a client as they are photographers.
